A piece of paper signed by your boss isn't the same as a real warrant signed by a judge.
No real lawyer will ever tell you that an "administrative warrant" is a real thing that lets jackbooted thugs enter your home and detain you. It's absurd and disgusting, and you should feel dirty for defending it.
